AMANDA’S INSPIRATION:
This captivating painting showcases a bumblebee in stunning detail. The bee’s fuzzy body is rendered with intricate brushstrokes, creating a lifelike texture that seems to pop off the canvas. Its black and yellow stripes are vividly portrayed, with touches of fiery orange that give the impression of warmth and energy.
The bee’s delicate, translucent wings are expertly depicted, capturing the fragile yet powerful nature of these remarkable insects. The background is a warm, golden tapestry reminiscent of honey and sunlight. Subtle hexagonal patterns are woven throughout, evoking the structure of a honeycomb and connecting the bee to its natural habitat.
Surrounding the central figure are various circular shapes in different hues, from deep maroon to pale yellow, creating a sense of movement and life. Small, delicate flowers are scattered across the canvas, adding pops of purple that complement the golden tones.
Amanda's technique combines realistic detail with an abstract, emotive use of color and texture, resulting in a piece that is both visually striking and deeply evocative of the bee’s vital role in nature.

🌟December 2025 Notice — Customs Testing Period🌟
International customs rules have changed this year, and during December 2025 I am actively reviewing how each country applies duties/VAT on fine art. For this month, I will be monitoring customs charges closely, gathering feedback from buyers, and assessing whether to switch to a prepaid-duties (DDP) system in 2026. If you encounter any customs fees or delivery issues, please feel free to contact me — I’m here to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
