Artwork Ownership and Usage

At DaggArt.com, we value creativity and respect intellectual property rights. When you purchase artwork from us, you’re acquiring a physical piece or a print, but not the rights to reproduce or distribute the image. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. All artworks, whether originals, prints, or commissions, remain the intellectual property of Amanda Dagg.

  2. Your purchase grants you ownership of the physical item only.

  3. You may not create NFTs, prints, or any other reproductions of the artwork without explicit written consent from Amanda Dagg.

  4. We encourage sharing your purchased artwork on social media - tag us, we’d love to see it in its new home!

Our Commitment to Quality

We take pride in delivering high-quality artwork to our customers. However, once the artwork is in your hands, its care becomes your responsibility. Here’s our approach to quality assurance:

  1. We thoroughly inspect each piece before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.

  2. If you receive a damaged item due to shipping issues, please contact us immediately for resolution.

  3. We cannot be held responsible for damage occurring after delivery, such as tears, smudges, or other mishandling.

  4. Always refer to the product descriptions for specific care instructions and details about the artwork.

Making Things Right: Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s what you need to know:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork if there are any issues.

  2. We’ll work with you to resolve any problems, which may include exchanges or refunds in certain circumstances.

  3. Please note that shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or faulty items.

  4. Custom commissions are non-refundable due to their unique nature.

Shipping Your Artwork

We want your new artwork to reach you safely and efficiently. Here’s what you should know about our shipping process:

  1. Processing times vary by product and are listed in each item’s description.

  2. We ship from Penticton, British Columbia, Canada.

  3. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of your order to ensure we can accommodate them.

  4. We’re not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

International Orders and Customs

As a Canadian-based business, we ship worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to additional fees:

  1. Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  2. These fees are determined by your country’s customs agency and are not included in our prices.

  3. We declare all items at their full value and cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue them.
