At Daggart.com, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a 14-day no-risk money-back guarantee to provide you with peace of mind when shopping with us.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Artfinder will arrange for the collection and return shipping free of charge, as long as it falls within the 14-day period.

  • Returned artworks must be in their original packaging or appropriately repackaged to prevent further damage.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at amandadagg@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or commissioned artwork (except in cases of damage or defects)

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Items purchased on sale or marked as “final sale”

Commissioned Artworks

For commissioned artworks, exchanges or returns are not covered for “change of mind” but may be considered for issues such as damage.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of your return.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.

  • Refunds for international orders may take longer due to currency conversion and banking delays.

Return Shipping

  • For returns outside the 14-day guarantee period, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
