Shipping Policy

I want purchasing art from my studio in Canada to feel simple and worry-free. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with tracking from Penticton, British Columbia.

Original Paintings

Canada
Complimentary shipping is included with all original paintings. Canadian sales taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

United States
Complimentary shipping is included. Applicable US import tariffs are already covered in the price you pay — no surprise tariff bill when your painting arrives.

United Kingdom
Complimentary shipping is included. Applicable UK import duty and VAT are covered — no additional import payment when your painting arrives.

Other International Destinations
I’m happy to ship worldwide. Please contact me at amandadagg@gmail.com for shipping information to destinations outside Canada, the USA and UK. Local import taxes or duties may apply unless otherwise stated.

Fine Art Prints

Canada: Free shipping over $100 CAD. Orders under $100 are $20 CAD shipping.

USA: Free shipping over $70 USD. Orders under $70 are $15 USD shipping.

UK: Free shipping over £50 GBP. Orders under £50 are £15 GBP shipping.

International customers outside these regions are welcome to contact me for a shipping quote.

Shipping Methods

Original paintings are shipped using trusted tracked carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Purolator or another suitable courier depending on the destination.

Fine art prints are generally shipped with Canada Post.

Processing Times

Original acrylic paintings: Usually dispatched within 1–5 business days.

Original oil paintings: Usually dispatched within 5–10 business days to allow for careful preparation and packing.

Fine art prints: Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for production. Each print is produced and checked by hand before leaving my studio.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, customs processing, holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your artwork on its journey to you.
